by accident actually, it soured its self from using an old fermenter, but I just went with it

Wallenpaupack Brewing - Holl and Oats
Very interesting beer. Has that Bavarian banana/clove flavor from the yeast that’s balanced with a subtle smokiness from oak and cherrywood smoked malts. Makes both a Hefe and a Rauchbier more interesting for the combination.
