I had nothing to do with it. If anyone has plans for making a Cream Ale, I strongly recommend WLP080. Took my decent Cream Ale to a whole other level.

Added gelatin to the Black IPA in the fermenter, it has been cold crashing for 2+ days now. Wait they say, this isn't the what are you doing thread... I'm using a fermzilla allrounder, and fermenting under pressure, so it was easy to take a sample to enjoy

I had my first opportunity to do a side by side to compare my Pre Pro vs. the beer that made me want to make it. Taste wise, I actually like mine better, but serving mine in a bar would be a nightmare. I now have even a bigger appreciation for doing things at a homebrew level.

Yes. The CO2 is right where I want it. I think that is why I was told not to use 6 row.
