Some cold brew using a local coffee shops dark roast. Heading to a farm later for some autumn fun. Tonight I will partake in something more festive :)
 
I think I’ve given up trying to figure out the differences. It’s mind numbing. So far I’ve been impressed with how much color change can happen with different hops, let alone what a tiny bit of Crystal 60 can do. I’ve said it before, it’s gunna be a LOOOONG time before I’m ready to consider competing.
I meant "professionals". ESB with cinnamon. That's worse than pineapple on pizza. Sheesh.

Ah a fair bit of sulphur on the nose maybe once this dissipates and lagers some more ill be happy with it but for now I feel I've missed the mark here.

I think also my water profile is a bit off its a bit harsh and bitey ah I love brewing lol:D

Another one I think I've proved to myself that short boil no chill can still produce a brite beer

Maybe the different volumes carbonate different no idea really.
Bit late in replying, but I carbonate in the bottle, so can't be that.
I can only think of amount of yeast. I hope it's just a matter of time....
