I like that you seem to be enjoying the beer that you brewed from my recipe. Too bad the timing of my move worked out such that I didn’t get to brew it during “my” quarter. Probably next spring I’ll give it another go. For now, I’ve got some IPA’s and stouts to consider.

Something I'd never heard of before. Gift from a friend.

Not a big fan of Stella, but obviously they know how to make beer. Not much of a head, no lacing, but nice maltiness, kind of raisiny or pruney. I like it.
