Don't know if this should be a seperate thread, but still posting here.
My M47 got divided over 2 fermenters. High OG brew, diluted with cold water
But they are different. In taste and carbonation.
"Big" fermenter (milkcan, 10 litre with 7.5 litre wort) and "baby" (just about 1.4 litre)
Baby hasn't carbonated as much and tastes flat (not just like no sparles, but like no depth) in comparison.
Anyone any idea why?

It's in this thread as I am drinking them while I write

Pryeorities Pale ale with Simcoe and Cashmere. I celebrated my last day at the museum today. First day at the brewery is next week. I have a few days off to relax, reset, and brew some beer :D

Question do you get a full creamy mouthfeel on that beer?
Finish is dry?
Anyhow just interested in what your thoughts are on this compared to other pales you've brewed without rye malt.
Cheers

You'd think brewers know beer styles.
I think I’ve given up trying to figure out the differences. It’s mind numbing. So far I’ve been impressed with how much color change can happen with different hops, let alone what a tiny bit of Crystal 60 can do. I’ve said it before, it’s gunna be a LOOOONG time before I’m ready to consider competing.
