Maybe the different volumes carbonate different no idea really.Don't know if this should be a seperate thread, but still posting here.
My M47 got divided over 2 fermenters. High OG brew, diluted with cold water
But they are different. In taste and carbonation.
"Big" fermenter (milkcan, 10 litre with 7.5 litre wort) and "baby" (just about 1.4 litre)
Baby hasn't carbonated as much and tastes flat (not just like no sparles, but like no depth) in comparison.
Anyone any idea why?
It's in this thread as I am drinking them while I write
Question do you get a full creamy mouthfeel on that beer?Pryeorities Pale ale with Simcoe and Cashmere. I celebrated my last day at the museum today. First day at the brewery is next week. I have a few days off to relax, reset, and brew some beer

Haven’t had a Polaner in a few moons. You might have started something.
You'd think brewers know beer styles. It was good just falsely advertised
I think I’ve given up trying to figure out the differences. It’s mind numbing. So far I’ve been impressed with how much color change can happen with different hops, let alone what a tiny bit of Crystal 60 can do. I’ve said it before, it’s gunna be a LOOOONG time before I’m ready to consider competing. You'd think brewers know beer styles.

I didn’t even post beer 2, an ESB. It had cinnamon and apple flavoring. I was pissed. Didn’t drink it.You'd think brewers know beer styles.
