Cascade pale ale. This is the Lutra batch that go too cold and these yeast taste stressed! I think it will fade over time, but for now I'm drinking my mistake. Looking forward to my rye pale ale even more because it was at a proper ferm temp

The buddy that had me come over and go through a brew day sent me this Black IPA, can’t believe I said Black IPA… anyway is is super tasty. Nice hop aroma. Bitterness is there but not too much. I get a good taste of the malt as well which I love. The little bit of dark malt gives it a little toastiness if you will.

I really need to make one of those. had my only example at a brewpub near my house. was so roasty and bready, but mouthfeel was like a pale ale, very thin. really good.
