Notes: A bit of a hydrid based on grains I have and hops I have. I hope to be able to lager it for at least a month if a mate can spare the fridge space. The yeast I am going to try is a Gozdawa German lager W35 which apparently can deal with the slightly warming fermenting temperatures that are on the way (I don't have a brewing vessel yet).
Mash was very dark so dropped the DME.
Yeast starter is ok but am going to hydrate and pitch wca second package just in case. |
