Started Fermentation on 4/23/20 @ 60F Dry hopped on 4/26/20 @ 8:00 p.m. Removed dry hops on 4/29/20 @12:00 Fined with gelatin **This beer turned out pretty amazing. Crystal clear, notes of honey, lime, and fruit salad. Really showcases the Motueka hops.
