Thanks, it's a beautynice pour
Yeah man it's pretty clean actually for a wheat beer yeast aka Lallamand Munich Classic it's not throwing much traditional bannana or clove flavours and I fermented that in a water bath in my hot summer shed I was sure I was gunna get some esters lol.Bet that peppermint wit is pretty yummy on a hot arvo.
Nuttin' wrong with a mason jar. Got a few of those myself. What we call hillbilly mugs. There's a bit of redneckery in everyone. Some just feel the need to hide it. I am NOT in that group. While "Hol' muh beer and watchiss!" are typically the last words of an adventurous redneck, I tend to be a little more cautious and conservative in my redneckery and avoid imbibing while performing dangerous tasks that require some improvisation. But I have been known to come in as Runner Up in a few Darwin Award ceremonies. Improvisation is the root of discovery, as well as disaster, but hey, nothing ventured, nothing gained.Yeah man it's pretty clearly actually for a wheat beer yeast aka Lallamand Munich Classic it's not throwing much traditional bannana or clove flavours and I fermented that in a water bath in my hot summer shed I was sure I was gunna get some esters lol.

Yeah, Leffe is a good drop. Very crisp, but not bitey, no lingering bitterness, and beautiful malt flavor. I’ve tried (without much luck) to make a batch or two.View attachment 28267Leffe Blonde, just a gorgeous beer!
beautiful beer!
