New Belgium Trippel. I keep thinking I want to try something a bit stronger than my normal ales, and this might be it. Just a matter of finding out what the spices are and how to brew a trippel. Something tells me this cannot be rushed.
I do like the weihenstephaner festbier. That’s a good drop.

Norfolk Nog, Dark Ruby Ale, ABV: 5% at nine months. This has matured very well. Tasting more like a stout now with just a hint of liquorice.

A little No Name IPA.
Smacked a few of these back over the last few days this Is drinking really nice!
That's one of the first of the night really happy with the head retention on this I think that little dose of buckwheat has really helped keep the froth on top all the way down the glass!

A taste of my Lights Out Lager. It needs to sit a few more days to clear or maybe it won't last that long. Pretty tasty and very light. 2.9% ABV.

No Name IPA with a splash of guava juice.
Current lager while transferring next
I called it Tractor Smash
10# American Pilsner, 1 oz Simcoe (.25 @ 60, .50 @ 30, and .25@10), and S33 Belgian yeast. About as dummy proof as it gets. Got exactly what I expected and wanted. A rather plain beer, slightly more bitter than anticipated. But this was my first time using Simcoe, and really had no clue what to expect.
A little chill haze after pouring into a frozen mug (because it came right off the shelf) despite being crystal clear in the bottle. A little bit of the usual yeast from bottle conditioning as well. If this was kegged and chilled, I would wager it would be super clear. Still very young, but very promising for a simple plain beer. I tried one yesterday and this one is much better after one day.
Next up, Tractor Smash Part Deaux. 10# 2-Row, 1 oz Citra (will dose the same way), and S-33 again.
