Homemade Lentil soup and my "No Name" IPA
Did you ferment under pressure? Some leftover fermenter IPA. No cold crash so I’m confident it will be clearer from the refrigerator in a few days. Nice bitterness and centennial aroma. Really going to enjoy this one. View attachment 26702
Looks great. Hope to tap mine this weekend...you got me licking my chops.Q3 brown. Hops bitterness has mellowed, still more prominent than I'd like (and my own fault!) but the maltiness definitely shines through now!

Nice!!! The best of both worlds - A Marzen and a Pumpkin style.View attachment 26722 Punkin pie maerzen. Traditional maerzen with pumpkin pie spice. Nice and malty, just a touch of sweet. Tried to give it some pie spice without making it just pie spice with beer in it

It is quite tastey. Although my club said I can't enter it in the monthly contest. My first thought was "Pumpkin spices in a Märtzen? You can't do that!". Then I started to imagine what it would taste like and now I wish I could try yours! If I ever get back into a brewing rhythm I have to keep this in mind.
Just spunded the last 0.07 points. Plan was last 0.05 but attenuation was lower.Did you ferment under pressure?
Good to hear, was just thinking this the other day.She is taking a bit of a break from online. But she is fine last we spoke.
Anyway: Paulaner. Very good.

Damn that friendly garden! They oughta move it out of the way.View attachment 26731 Since I needed an avocado for dinner tonight, I walked in the rain to the market. Then on the way home The Friendly Garden got in my way.
Drinking Everybody's Fresh Hop IPA.
Unfortunately, The Friendly Garden will be closing for about 6 months at the end of October. In place of open air tents, there will be an actual building to house the taps, seating and performance spaces. There will be an open air rooftop space. It all sounds very cool, but we lose our walk to watering hole for a while. Sounds like I need to ramp up the homebrew production!Damn that friendly garden! They oughta move it out of the way.
Hey, everyone needs a break from the rain now and then.
