What are you drinking right now?

A Schwarzbier at Pontoon, waiting for the rest of the choir to show up for practice...

Was watching this show the other night and they put heart beat monitors on a group of choir singers and guess what !?

As they all started singing all their heart beats started to beat together  OMG GOOSEBUMPS moment.

Singing is good for us especially when we do it together Fing Amazing stuff.

Not actual choir practice.

There is a group about a dozen strong who meet regularly at a brewery or bar to have a drink together.

If we ever were to sing, people would run away screaming.

Earlier today, back at Yachats Brewing on the Central Oregon Coast to celebrate our 29th wedding anniversary. While she enjoyed a mimosa with blueberry juice, I drank a couple Perpetua Pale Ales - very tasty.

Happy anniversary Herm! 1994 was a good year. I got married in April of that year.

Will be on a further mission this weekend for more festbiers. The wife and I think we are at either 4 or 5 of them at different breweries so far this year. I know another will have one. The other place I want to go tomorrow doesn't make a lot of beer, but they have a lot of crazy shit that I like and a very nice selection of bottles/cans, Lambics, you name it. Just looked, they DO have one of their own, oh yeah.
So. might add two more this weekend.

Supernatant from my last yeast starter.
You know getting a taste for what's going on with the yeast noice:confused:

Mmm this is nice and floral and has a honey note I hope the main batch turns out the same I'll have some more :p.

How lite is that colour! Dam!

There ya go @The Brew Mentor that's low kilned rice wort right there lighter than straw that's a 2 hour 120c kiln compared to that beer below 150c 2 hours kiln and I leave it in to cool down in oven for extra depth.

First pour of the 3rd quarter Brown. Came out good, very much like a mild bitter, with a little more hop than intended (put in 3/4 oz instead of 1/4... Oops!)

Attenuation was lower than expected, so it came out at 3.9%, but that just means I can drink more of them.

Fantastic recipe @Over The Cliff Brewing, this will go into the regular rotation.
