What are you drinking right now?

One year old budget Pilsner Light. ABV: 4%. Nothing special overall, complexity etc but carbonation is excellent and it has a nice soft/smooth mouthfeel as well as obvious clarity and head. Main objective achieved in that I didn't want it at all bloaty. One litre went down nicely. Oh hang on, it's pretty good compared to anything else like this I have tried before lol.

Bloody beautiful.

I have to agree, that looks and sounds fabulous. What happens/do you do with the seeds from the raspberries? There are usually a high proportion in that fruit. I am guessing some sort of filtering but that would produce a lot of waste pulp. I love the taste of raspberries but the seeds would put me off - when I eat them fresh always takes me ages to get the damn seeds out my teeth.
I ferment in a keg using a floating dip tube. After a few weeks on the raspberries it was coming out clear (and tasted good). After eight weeks I cold crashed it as best I could (with ice and insulation) to get it down to 40 or so for a few days prior to transfer. I just transferred out from the top down, and stopped the flow when it got into the thick slurry. No seeds! All the crap was on the bottom of the fermenter keg after I transferred to my serving keg.

Not fully carbed yet only 48 hours in keg but thought I'd have a taste of my GF version of @Zefram 's Beach Brew

It has a lemonade vibe going on for me.
I think from the orange peal and big arse WP 60g Tettnanger addition.

I think this will condition into a smashing beer!

After a long drive, we arrived in Astoria, Oregon. Our hotel is right across the street from Fort George Brewery + Public House, so here we are. She’s having the Spruce Budd (left), while I’m drinking Vortex IPA. This is a good start to summer in the Northern Hemisphere.

Cookies and cream milk stout. Not overly sweet, and no way I thought this was 9.5%. These guys won't be around much longer sadly. And a little Clone Wars to end the evening

And a little cutey in the background.

I'm hitting some Ginger Ninger all carbonation under its own stream so to speak not an ounce of extra co2 forced into this since packaging a couple of weeks ago

Go The Canetoads! :D
State of Origin here Tonight!

You got that on the homebrew level? Very nice. Sorry, I hit the wrong button. I was looking at that NEIPA. I was highly impressed.

Four month old bottled Pride of London Porter, ABV: 5.5%. Bit blurred/blasted out as sun has been very bright here today - there was a lot of pleasant rusty colour at the bottom of the glass surprisingly not picked up by the camera. Tried all sorts of tilt and angle shots lol.

This now feels and tastes fully matured over the last few weeks. Smokey dry notes of coffee, dark cocoa and moderate level of (Target) hops all merged together with a smooth mouthfeel and lingering mid-range bitterness aftertaste. Dry but refreshing, at least it was chilled, got very nourishing as it warmed up and I slowed down. Didn't get to sleep until 4am last night, putting it down to the solstice. Been zzzz on and off all day. Reckon this stuff will work wonders on me tonight but grabbing a malted hot choccie just to reinforce the pillow effect. Much better for the slightly extra hops compared to last year. Any more and it would probably have overdone it although nobody into high intensity bitterness has tried it (yet). Balance suits me fine and will probably become a regular fixture now.

That looks delightful.
I think the winter solstice has had the oposite effect on me down here don't wanna wake up:p

We can have our sunshine back now yay!

This is prolly the best barrel aged i have had. Has that nice sour bourbon barrel flavor, nice sweet finish that fills your mouth with chocolate and coffee. So good!

It sounds like you had an incredible experience with the barrel-aged beer! The combination of sour bourbon barrel flavors, a sweet finish filled with chocolate and coffee notes sounds absolutely delightful. It's always a pleasure to discover a beverage that brings such enjoyment. Cheers to finding such a fantastic brew & wedding can cooler to keep them cool!

I suddenly decided to test a bottle of "sort of De Koninck" before giving one away to a fellow brewer.
Glad I did as it was a gusher!
But it also had lot of debris, so I had to try the other bottle as well ;)
This one was nice so I cooled all other bottles and hopefully they survive long enough to still have some give-away's!
