What are you drinking right now?

Thank you Ben, but you're being too kind. Theirs is a Smoked Beer, mine's a beer with some smoke. But I don't tire of drinking mine, if you get what I mean.
Just giving credit where it's due on looks alone which is all we can do on this online platform :).

Yeah, they're not far from here, we go there once or twice a month. Their 'retail' location is where @Semper Sitientem and I went for a brew day a couple months ago, you might remember that post. I recall their brown as being ok.

Today I compared my smoked lager to the standard. Mine is definitely less smoke, lighter and more foamy. The Schenkerla (on the left) is a bit too smoky to enjoy more than one.

I also liked your better than the Schenkerla.

Lots of Disney walking this week so much for Gatorade and water. Did get to try a few things along the way though Tomorrow we’ll be at Epcot, which is one of my favorite places. Plenty of good beer to be drink tomorrow. This is the family’s gift to me :)

What went in the bottles was cleaner than this. Had a bit of krausen go into the bottling bucket so I scrapped a couple bottles worth. Still pretty darn clean. Finally bottling the last edition of Frankenbeer after more than a month in the fermenter. This is a very tasty beer. A bit early for me, but I’m gonna call it a lunch beer. 1.010 despite the extended stay in the fermenter. Good natural carbing. Absolutely clear until I got to the bottom of the batch. This stuff is pretty much ready to drink, so it can’t help but get better after a little bottle time.

We used to do the Food and Wine a lot at EPCOT a few years ago, but it got too crowded and too much of a PITA. Out of all of them, that was my favorite park.
Now that we have some decent breweries, it is a lot cheaper to go to places that are closer to town.
If it were Saturday, they could give Dad a present LOL:
