Enjoying Ozark’s Vienna Blonde and it is quite delicious. So delicious in fact, that my wife said this is one of the best beers we’ve brewed to date [only 27 batches]. Hats off to you Ozark’s and I invite all to give it a try... you won’t be disappointed.

Hats off to you and your brewing! At 27 we were still extract and working on process without the help of Brewers Friend and fellow brewers alongside. We got better in the 30's with help from this site.

We just love to brew! The beer is still a little cloudy but it should clear up in a week or so. Soooo smooth.

Its almost half gone and we tapped it Saturday. I dunno if it’ll have time for the beer to completely clear up before it gets kicked. We’ve already been discussing when it goes into production again.

my fiesta beer was an 18 gallon batch and its half gone in a week
