20oz mug of a German lager wlp830 2gal starter beer . 1/2 oz Willamette so has a good 29ibu bitter to it. Hope the yeast did as well for my festbier that's lagering.
Was kind of surprised, that yeast dropped like a rock in a weeks time even with a few rousts a day so poured beer off yeast into prepared bottles with a carb tab. Pils, Vienna and Munich for the wort.ew stop it! bottle conditioned? noice noice

Actually considering adding 5-6 Madagascar Vanilla beans to the next one. We added a drop of vanilla extract to the last glass and I thought it was pretty darn tasty.
