You used Nottingham in your Dark Mild, correct? I haven't used that yeast much, but when I have, I have always found it rather neutral. A solid performer yes, but rather on the safe side flavor-wise in it's temperature comfort zone. I've never tried to ferment it a bit warm in hopes of coaxing a bit more character from it.Looks more than ordinary to me.
I just had a wee sample of the dark mild it's got potential it's quite lite super clean too clean not enough esters to be expected th roast flavour is smooth and ballanced and not astringent.
Will prob keg this tonight.

not heard of this hop aroma is definitely overripe tropical fruit and citrusy maybe grapefruit.
Keeps a nice fluffy head flavor is nice an juicy a great drop
