Oh, "adulting" is SO overrated...I need to stay married, she is better at “adulting” haha
OMG woulda loved to be a fly on the wall for that one.Just drinking the MentoRed. A very nice brew indeed.
My problem is with conditioning. I tried the technique of adding the sugar to the bottling bucket in a syrup form and then adding the beer from the formenter afterwards. I usually seed each bottle in turn before adding the beer and then capping.
I didn't stir it as much as I should have I guess as the last two bottles filled turned out to be highly explosive when opened - all over the kitchen window and work top. I cleaned it up before Mrs H saw it!!!
A third from earlier in the batch made it to the glass intact so I am enjoying that now.
Back to individual bottle seeding from now on.
OMG woulda loved to be a fly on the wall for that one.
Mrs H " oh you get a bit excited while I was out love".

I’d drink ‘emFishbrau Pale and Dirty Penster Brown. Day 2 in the keg. Fishbrau has light DME/amber DME and azacca hops. No grains, no finings, no nutrients. Dirty Penster is light & amber DME, half a pound of steeping grains, centennial hops, and also no finings or nutrients. Both fermented with S04. Cheers
