What are you drinking right now?

Have a few pints left in my fermenting keg. So first pour of my Helles. Not clear, which is as expected at this point. Used Imperial Global and it says on the pack it will take lagering to clear up. The rest will lager in my fridge until I’m ready for it, probably 3-4 weeks. This is super balanced. Good bready malt and light floral from the hops. Could easily be a nice tent beer. Will brew this again In the late summer

Looks crisp!

This is one of the BEST beers I've brewed

Pilsner German
Man at 4.4% gee this is some loveliness in a glass.
This is that 40 lt version dialed back down to 21 lt and lower ABV.
It looks delicate right well your right no big bold flavours here just a beautiful delicate bouquet of maltiness followed by a lingering malty crisp bitterness with some slight lemony flavours in the back ground.
This is my all day every day beer.
Cheers I'm in HB'ers heaven right here:)

Edit ok I've had 4 now maybe not my best beer lol I think I was just thirsty. :p

That's funny.

Looks great!

Starbucks Espresso Roast brewed strong, black with one sugar. Always tastes better the morning after a big "Leafs win"! Last night was over the Penguins, always nice to keep Syd Crosby off the score sheet, except for his plus/minus -2 on the game:rolleyes:

@Craigerrr had some “Canadian” coffee. Tim Hortons cold brew for me this morning.
Tim Horton, while most famous for coffee...
Played 24 seasons as a defenseman in the NHL
20 with the Leafs, winning 4 Stanley Cups
1445 career games, 518 career points including 115 goals
He also had 1661 penalty minutes
Inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame posthumously in 2002, and named one of the top 100 players of all time by the NHL in 2017
Died tragically in a single car crash returning home to Toronto after a game in Buffalo on Feb 21/1974, he was a Buffalo Sabre at that time.

Love me some Timmy's! I discovered it last time we did a road trip to the Great White North and I picked up a bag in Wegmans a few years back because they changed their house beans, now it's my go to morning brew...but back to beer..
