And served in a Stange as per the kolsch standards.Latest On Tap golden ale. This one went a little cidery on me. Not as much hop flavor as expected and it's more bitter than the last one. Used kolsch yeast instead of BRY97. Hoping time will sort this one out

This is "The Classic" for me
What works, at least for me is a wheat on the bottom and Guiness on top. Perfect for sharing with a friend. My favorite is with this Raspberry Wheat, had to dig for these photos from last May...What beers did you use? That is, Guinness < Bass, therefore Guinness on top.
It's Burns' Night tonight but no Haggis Pudding for me unfortunately so I am reverting to Yorkshire Pudding beer - yes you heard right
