My Dubbel Switch has a really nice mouthfeel, with good aroma and flavor. The beer is clearer than the picture shows. I think this should continue to improve, so I will try to keep a few of these for further research down the line. My wife gives high praise.

I can’t hit that marmalade flavor. Just no where close. This also tastes sweeter, maybe oxidation?

Yup I'm betting on it. Oxidation is supposed to bring a cloying sweetness to a beer I'd imagine with high kilned crystal malts it'd get sweet jamy marmalade thing.
Not for me.

Really digging this Q1 Mentor Amber Ale I think thus brew will be one for you Josh to brew.
So yum plenty of complex malt flavour coupled with that lovely Cascade centennial hop flavour delicious.

Not So red in the wide jar but it's redish in a narrow Jar Great beer @The Brew Mentor top brew mate this is far from what I normally brew I'm really digging it and appreciate it.
