What are you drinking right now?

It is excellent.
I have used it for my Three Legged Dog and Yankee Pankee brews - the later one is me best brew yet.
It produces a great krausen head and lots of yeast in the slurry.
I would recommend the Lallemand Verdant IPA yeast any time. I used it for the ESB just as an experiment but it worked very well.
It’s a great yeast.

London Bitter and Yorkshire Bitter. Love it.

Out of curiosity and because I plan on knocking out a few Bitters/Milds this year, are you naming your Bitters based on historic geographic trends, the yeasts you use, clones of famous beers from these places, or something else?

They look great, whatever the reason!

It is also a great top cropping yeast.

Yeast and if I’m basing the recipe in a particular beer. My Yorkshire I used West Yorkshire yeast and took the Boltmaker and Landlord recipes from BYO and mixed them somewhat. The London I used the London ESB yeast but based it on Fullers London pride. My Manchester bitter is using the yeast that is supposed to be Boddingtons.

I think that I would LOVE that beer.
At 7.5% though, I would need to share that one with someone.
Haha I should've :)

How was it?
It is a tough style to get right...
Good for the style I guess? I love this brewery and they probably do every style well. To me it smelled and tasted and looked like sour orange juice o_O but that's what every hazy is like to me so...

Don't tell anyone but just sneeking a quick early sample of thos Q1 Brew Mentor Amber Ale.

Num nums so far smell rich malty and nice hop aroma little piney herbal thing going on for me. Flavour is liter in body than aroma which is surprising me it's well ballanced clean malty this has some conditioning yet to really complete it but this early sample is noice :).
