What are you drinking right now?

Kveik blonde. This is the 2nd kveik homebrew that I've enjoyed. Lots of lemon and orange in this one. It's a teetch too bitter at the finish

Update from yesterday's beer critique: after a half shift today in the 80F degree California spring, an 80 IBU 7% abv IPA hit the f*cking spot when I walked through the door lol. Turns out my palate adjusted to my "lazier" schedule of late. And other good news: I went back to work today!! It was only a half shift and not my usual "day job," but it still feels great! :)

Looks great!! How is the 100% Vienna taste? Could you taste a difference compared to a Vienna lager with more Pilsner malt in it do you think?
This is breadier than when I’ve used pils and Vienna.

Great news!

First pull of my Grisette, same general region and idea as Saison but more "poundable," a miner's beer. Low alcohol at about 4.5%, some fermentation characters of banana and cloves, a truly sessionable Belgiany beer. View attachment 15493
It looks good in the glass, and your description sounds like a good brew.

Glad to see some of your beers on display on here Noseybear. Your descriptor is what I'm.going for in a saison maybe less bannana but I'm easily convinced:).
I'll be posting soon enough on my Saison endeavours may they be as successful as yours one can only wish...

But this beer is a success Waltzing Matilda
At first I thought it too sweet and malty but it just needed some lagering

Get back to work!
My wife picked up a few odd singles for me, so this evening I’m enjoying Clown Shoes Space Cupcake IPAView attachment 15492
“Clown Shoes Space Cupcake”...that has to be the greatest brewery and beer name ever. Even better when you put the two together.

Clown Shoes Space Cupcake...:)
Made my day.
