My American AmberAle keg kicked so I tapped into a new keg of Kolsch made with Nottingham yeast and a few extra leftover grains I had in the fridge.
Not bad but may have to crank up the CO2 a bit.

That glass reminds me of being a kid on vacation up at my aunt & uncle's lake in central Wisconsin. Back then you could bring kids into the bars so the parents would bring us kids along. The bar they would go to had a lighted Hamm's beer sign that had a moving background. That sign fascinated us kids.
