@Sunfire96 posts some nice photos, I am just trying to emulate her. My “rough” hand is what it is, a working man’s hand.You got me there @Herm_brews! I saw the hand, beer & screen and immediately thought is was a @Sunfire96 post. Then I noticed "her" hand looked a little rough Then I notice the scenery was different. I figured it out eventually

Finished it, was a pint and a half of of good stuff and a pint of British Hefeweizen at the end lol. He is my Dunkel sample. Finished at the projected FG. Filled keg, one bomber, and a PET bottle to enjoy before it has carbed and layered a few weeks Tastes really good IMO.

You don't know how pleased I am to hear that you like it. I hope it turns out just as well for everyone else. I am just about to bottle my brew of it this evening. I don't have a kegging system yet (maybe never will) so I will have to wait a couple of weeks to see how it turns out here. Thanks for the positive result. I am so relieved.

Mead brewed about a year ago ginger lemon myrtle mead brewed with hornindal Kviek - room temp straight out the brew cupboard. Still too many fuesels hmmm

Going over to a friends house this evening. Kids will play, wives will talk and sip, my buddy and I will be splitting these. Not versed in sours so we’ll see. Picking up pizza from the Brew Pub and maybe a 6er in case I don’t like these.

Should be a good time. Nice to actually DO something. Plan is outdoors with a fire so assuming I don’t fall in I’ll be on the zoom tomorrow
