This one wasn’t the best. This was a supply boost. I just used some extract and hallertau.
Oh that does look solid Megary right on man!Rye IPA (20% Rye)
I went for a riff on the Lagunitas IPA hop schedule. At least it was the best information I could find on the web.
Bittered with Columbus.
Centennial and Willamette @15.
Cascade late.
Centennial and Cascade dry hop.
A really nice hop buzz. Very enjoyable.

Sure am glad I grabbed some of these to go! I am having a second one tonight and the first was that good. I should point out that they tend to make styles that don't appeal to me. In this case the canned version, eclipses the on tap version.Stopped by to support a local craft brewer, they make the odd good beer, so I do tend to stop in the odd good time... this is a very good example of a 6% hazy, 30 IBU's, leaves a bit of a tart resinous aftertaste. Good enough to bring some home and see what my beer snob friends think!

A long time ago I found a Lagunitas IPA clone recipe and decided to go for it. Probably 150 gallons brewed ago. I have no idea how accurate the recipe was, but went for it. I brewed on a Friday night after work (a long week), and was enjoying a few adult beverages as I mashed, and lautered, and Vohrlofffffed, and was also distracted in so many ways. So, I get to the boil, and I look at the first hop addition, and think: "that doesn't seem like enough hops...
Long story short, I doubled all hop additions, and it turned out so good, I brewed it back to back. It is just about time to brew it again.
Come on BOB357, pick up the pace. Summer's a runnin' out!View attachment 11677
From last night, my Willamette Summer Ale. I must be drinking less than normal. It almost seems as if this is a bottomless keg.
