What are you drinking right now?

That is a lot of hops for sure.

But I have to admit that I am enjoying my beers more as I have gradually increased my hop usage. Maybe its my taste, maybe its the way IBU's are calculated in the software, maybe its the hops I use, maybe its what I have been getting accustomed to...who knows? I do need to take note, however, that concurrently brewing and partaking, while likely quite fun, is probably not best practice. ;)

I find the same thing is true for me as well. I was planning an Irish Red for my next brew but, I think I'll be missing the aroma and taste of hops so I may brew Janet's Brown Ale instead.

Last dunkel of the batch. Smoothest as well

From last night, my Willamette Summer Ale. I must be drinking less than normal. It almost seems as if this is a bottomless keg.
Haha, I can relate.
I currently have 2 kegs of a Bell's Two Hearted clone that are different recipes. I feel like I'm in some kind of judging competition every night and I'm the judge. Sampling a true Two Hearted to both of my versions. I'm triangle testing everynight! With bottomless kegs! God forbid i break out the small flight glasses instead of thinking I have to sample full pints with each being over 7%...

R&D can be a tough job, but somebody's gotta do it :D

Thanks, I was lucky enough to get a 4 pack of tardy porter and the free glass a few years ago.
Ah, the Taddy Porter, a wicked beer, I have a couple of those Samuel Smith glasses, I use to be able to get a 3 pack with that glass in it during Christmas season. The Oatmeal Stout is out of this world!

Mead I brewed a few months ago fermented with yep hornindal it dropped below .000 on this batch. It's a little hot for my liking but I can really taste the ginger I put in it. The sweet honey flavour does linger a little afterwards.

See I installed a carbon filer onto my brew sink today I can fill up straight from here now! No more lugging 23kg of water out the house yay!

So I brewed this almost 4 weeks ago and it has been in bottles to condition for 10 days...but I just needed to try it. It is a rye beer that i call Jess' Rye Eye. Not too bad! I think I should use a different yeast though

Local long time brewery since 1987 with mostly German style beer. Don't let the color fool ya, you could pound this and sing for hours. They have a bottle washer and recycle and reuse. Will be around a lot longer. Great old style dark martzen lager.

I'll be taking the Kveik plunge this weekend on my tried and true brown brew...what's recipe did you use for your blonde Jnh??
Now this one was fast and lazy I used some 4L dry extract and hallertau hops at 60 minutes. Was just going for East fast and easy drinking it worked in those regards.
My last Kveik blonde a few months ago was real tasty to me. I went 85% 2 row, 5% 60L and 10% wheat and cascade at 30 ibu which is probably too hoppy for style but I liked it
