What did you get delivered today

Seems to be a trend starting to from from yourself and Megary of poor attenuation.

@Donoroto s comment gives me a glimmer of hope lol:p
I only used it once I didn’t save the slurry since I only got down to think 10.020 so I can’t say that I’m an expert by any means on this yeast.

I might up the Sulphate ratio then to atleast dry it out if it does finish high...

6lbs of DME, and a Pill to help me better time my dry additions

Have you bumped up your batch sizes, or are you making really high gravity beers? 25 pounds of base malt would get me around 6 batches.
Good for you Herm lol I've been doing 4 gallon batches, but my efficiency still sucks. Need to dial in my new set up. 3 identical mashes should help me do that

I notice your grains are milled, maybe that is part of the efficiency issue. How bad is your efficiency? Have you considered getting a mill?
Whatever the case, I am sure you will figure it out. Brew on!

Is that like a Tilt Hydrometer? Can you see the data here on BF?
It is same deal as a Tilt, made from BPA free plastics, and FDA approved, as if the odd BP or A is going to kill us anyways:rolleyes:
I don't use the brewing software here so I hadn't looked.
Just plan on using the APP for timing dry hop additions.
It was on sale, so I figured why not!
