I miss doing that work. They always show better through an open window. This time of year in the Northern Hemisphere is generally not open window season.

I should clarify to say some parts of the N. Hemisphere. I bet @Sandy Feet keeps the windows open this time of year, at least during the day. Here in Eugene, I was comfortable in just a long sleeve T-shirt today, but did not open the windows. I would have been chilled at the same temp in SoCal. We adapt to where we live.

No windows open here. It's in the mid 20's F

I must pick up some wheat beer, one Ontario craft brewer makes a real nice Apricot wheat, it is lovely with Guinness layered on top. Perfect for sharing with a friend as well!

It has a semi sweet candy ish flavor. Not overwhelming though. It's light and very quafable.

I need to move away from VOSS on this one, back to US-05, it finished at 1014, and is a bit too sweet. It's good though, but missed the mark for sure. Decent lacing in spite of being a young beer.

On my way to get grains for my next brew, The Bier Stein got in my way. This is Visible Ink Stout from Modern Times in San Diego. Absolutely delicious , with coffee, coconut and vanilla.
