I miss doing that work. They always show better through an open window. This time of year in the Northern Hemisphere is generally not open window season.

I should clarify to say some parts of the N. Hemisphere. I bet @Sandy Feet keeps the windows open this time of year, at least during the day. Here in Eugene, I was comfortable in just a long sleeve T-shirt today, but did not open the windows. I would have been chilled at the same temp in SoCal. We adapt to where we live.

West Coast IPA, dry hopped with Mosaic. Somehow that sounds better than Best IPA+, right?

My second attempt at Woodforde's extract kit clone of their 'Tinsel Toes' Ruby Ale at 10 weeks, ABV: 4.5%. Dry hopped with Amarillo and Cascade. Lightly floral in both aroma and taste. Brewed for Christmas as was the intention behind it - straight out of the fridge it's very refreshing with great carbonation but feels like it could do with another month to develop fully. I'll try the next bottle without chilling as there was a lot of flavour and texture in the previous brew that could well be suppressed by the temperature.
