What are you drinking right now?

Staying in Munich for the night cap. This one’s for you @Donoroto

Jealous!

One day you need to taste one in Munich or at least Germany. Weihenstephaner is the closest I've found to 'fresh' but it is still different. I continue to try to replicate it, coming closer every time but not there yet.

VGermany is on the travel list in a few years.

here is pour of my Greenie Best Bitter. This turned out great. Nice floral bitterness. Esters are just right. Super drinkable. This one will clear in the keg. Hadnt been crashed

My latest pilsner not pretty but sorta suits the gardening work I'm doing lol it's a good drop just shows the power of finnings this one's got none:).

This above was 6 plants given from a friend!
You can never have too much strawberries!

@Bulin's Milker Bucket Brews I think I need to lower the dark malt in this one next time, I would love to see some brown/red hues against the light. I think taking out the midnight wheat would work, and help the beer with clarity to help those colors pop in the light. Thoughts?

Which will come first, being able to read a newspaper through it or kicking the keg? Especially pleased with the clarity since it's a 100% extract brew. Viziman Champion pale lager, cheers!

I can see your fingerprints there!

I vote for kicking it...

I don't think it would really hurt anything, the Midnight Wheat is pretty low key in the flavor profile anyway. I say go for it!

What'd you think of the hef?
I like it. Bananas on the nose, spicy phenols on the taste. I’m not sure I can identify it as clove (as it’s supposed to be), but spicy nonetheless. A style worth looking into.
