Speaking of the last of some thing, here is the very last bit of the hefeweitzen. Now all I have left is the High-test Belgian dubbel. I need to brew me something real soon because half a pitcher of that dubbel puts me out...

Anyhow I can get a beer in the glass in a week with most ale yeasts just chase the tail end of fermentation...
This BE-256 seems like a good candidate too for a quick turnaround yeast it's firing well this morning.
Yes, I Brewed a version of the Belgian as a dubbel. But it's 7.3%, two or three glasses and I'm pretty much done for the night. I think I need to brew either a nice Brown ale or another hefeweitzen in the under 5% category. If I follow the routine strictly, it should be an IPA, but I'm not feeling it this week.
Amen my tripple is gurgling away it's was supposed to clock in at 8% I think that beer is gunna get me into trouble lol.
Hitting some pesties Pale tonight
This one hasn't hit the mark this beer is a bit cluttered a bit muddied in the flavour like it's trying to be too many things at the same time.
I need to revisit this recipe.

When I racked my Greenie Best Bitter I split it into a keg with EKG in a tube and one normal. This is the one with the keg hops. Super fresh hop taste as I was hoping. I’m assuming the clarity will improve like the other pours of this beer. I’m actually getting some of that marmalade type flavor. Nothing like Fuller’s, lets be real lol
After a nice midday hike, my wife and I went to our local whole paycheck (I mean Whole Foods) market for some groceries. We noticed their beer and wine bar was open, so we sat for a pint. We both enjoyed Golden Road Brewing Mango Cart Wheat Beer. Super refreshing, and at less than 5% abv, crushable.
It was disappointing to shop their bottled and canned beers. Their selection of wheat beer was essentially nonexistent. I liked the Mango Cart, but I was looking for something else - did not find what I was looking for, so came home without any commercial beer.

I did brew it. I get the same taste notes. I let lit sit for a couple of weeks and the taste did not change. I'll do it again soon but I will look at the hopping schedule and a slight malt change.
