Boysterous Stout this is unbelievably drinkable. I like it better than Guinness. I think next time I could increase the roast and flaked barley. Everything else is great. Carbonation will be spot on in a day or two. I should bottle some to see how it ages.

I’m sharing this can with my wife. This is the latest club beer from my BJ’s Beer Club membership. It’s a Belgian “single” with 18 IBU’s and 5.5%abv. It has a nice spice character, and is easy to drink.

I usually try to stick with beers brewed closer to home, but this is a great brew, so I’m OK with this one from the far opposite corner of the USA.

First pull of the latest Fishbrau Pale. An easy extract brew of 4.5 gallons (my biggest batch ever), to get something hoppy in the pipeline. I'm worried if I keep going for the Boysterous Stout there won't be any left for St Paddy's Day
