What are you drinking right now?

View attachment 19804 Marzen. This was brewed in January split between 2 kegs. The first keg was super clear. This one was not. This one sat in the fridge longer so it doesn’t make sense. Oh well tastes fine.
Oh dam:) that's not supposed to happen lol.
Hey clarity isn't everything ;).
You can push some geltin in down the liquid side if you really want to still.
Soda bottle care cap liquid to liquid disconnect.
I won't bore you with the rest I've harped on enough...

Pesties Pale Ale

Not a bad drop needs a bit more conditioning.
Has this sorta sweet jamy fruity aroma.
I think that smoked wheat malt might be confusing my snifter or something :).

Lovely mouthfeel once again similar like a chewy raisiny fruity quality nice and smooth no sharp edges finishes clean. Special B I believe in you lol.

If anything I'd like to experiment more with the hops on this one I used centennial I recall maybe some more earthy fuggles maybe in order.

Would you mind sharing the recipe on this one? I dig Special B. I think I would experiment with Aramis hops in this one.

Happy St. Patty’s day! Iowa lost so my bracket is busted in record time o_O. Having my Lake Champlain (Autumn/Winter/Early Spring?) Stout, and it has aged well. Compares nicely to a Murphy’s Stout

. Mine is a bit sweeter tasting with more carbonation, while Murphy’s is smoother, flatter, with distinct roasted barley coming through without being bitter. Might go from 4 to 6 ounces roasted barley in mine next time.
