What are you drinking right now?

I have my eyes on an Anvil Foundry 6.5 gallon system with external pump. This system could potentially make things easier in my brewhouse, and might be a bit more environmentally friendly. Points to ponder.
That's the system I've been planning on upgrading to

How much does that little keg hold?
For some reason, I’m thinking of acquiring an electric all in one, as well as small keg(s). Somebody wake me from this crazy dream, please.
...and so begins the slow, inexorable descent into madness...:p

Actually, electric means you can brew anywhere there can be electricity, meaning not-always-kitchen. And keg means just one thing to clean instead of 24.

My friend Emmett has the 6.5 gallon anvil, 220 v version. I've used it, I like it, does 3 gallon batches (or less) nicely. Easy to clean because of the external pump.

NO, I don't want one... I don't want one, I really don't want one!!!!
If I say it often enough, I will start believing it ;)
Seriously, I obviously would want something like that, but only much later in time. I think that making at least a couple of beers, doing most manually, gives you a much better understanding of what is going on

That does look nice.
My Azacca pale ale that I bottled today did not knock my socks off with hops presence, even after doing a dry hops charge. Hopefully bottle conditioning brings that around.
How many hops did you dry hop with?

I added 10 grams of Azacca to 2.75 gallons of beer 4 days prior to bottling.
A little over 1/4 oz. That seems a little light for a dry hop, to me at least. I've been doing 0.5 - 1 oz per 2.5 gallons. I get some big punchy hop aroma that way. Some brewers would probably consider that a low amount of dry hops to be honest

I'm planning on downgrading to the 10 gallon setup, I've added one to my cart so many times just to back out when they can't give me a shipping price
I've also been looking at the Mash and Boil. But I'm still 2-3 years away from that particular upgrade :) who knows what new fangled options will be out by then

What's that like compared to the Clawhamer brewing system that looks like a solid build.
Just putting it out there either or man I'm glad your diving in. :)

Had it in my cart a few times and didn’t buy. At some point I’ll need something bigger for the larger batches I do with a friend. But we’d go half so it wouldn’t be too bad
Pour of our English Porter. I got half he got half. I had some transfer issues this is close to the bottom of the keg I was transferring from. Nice roasty, toasty taste from the chocolate malt/brown malt. Serving at about 52 degrees. The tap handle another friend gave me. It’s old and kitschy but a brown bear matches a brown ale

How would I get any beer out of my fermenter, loading with that amount of hops?
