What are you drinking right now?

Wallenpaupack Brewing - Kuyt and Key
Dutch style Kuyt beer with Oat, Wheat and Pale malts.

Don’t see many Kuyt beers around so I jumped at this. Nice beer, some yeasty/fruity esters, a bit grainy, very drinkable. Having never had a “Kuyt” beer before, couldn’t tell you how authentic this is, but I’m a fan.

Now that's interesting!
I'm Dutch, I like beer, but the only Kuyt I know is Dirk Kuyt, a now retired, soccer player :)

Herm’s Amber Ale - wow, I should have polished the glass. I haven’t used this glass in a while, so it appears a little dusty on the outside. I’ll present better next time.

Wallenpaupack Brewing - Penn’s Common

Obviously a Kentucky common, brewed in PA…with corn grits, 2-Row and 6-Row. Not sure where the color comes from, they don’t say. Maybe a bit dark for the style…but the picture is a bit of a misrepresentation. Color is more like a Brown Ale. Anyway, really good stuff.

Here's a glass of wheat ale with azacca. It's still pretty green tasting. A tad too bitter. I put a 6 pack in the fridge to see if a few days in the cold will help it out. Nice color tho!

That does look nice.
My Azacca pale ale that I bottled today did not knock my socks off with hops presence, even after doing a dry hops charge. Hopefully bottle conditioning brings that around.

How much does that little keg hold?
For some reason, I’m thinking of acquiring an electric all in one, as well as small keg(s). Somebody wake me from this crazy dream, please.
Embrace it lol
1.75 gallons. I have a Northern brewer gigawort that is designed for 5 gallon extract it does 2-3 gallon all grain nicely.
