They seemed to provide a strong tropical/citrusy flavor and aroma when used late in the boil and dry hopped. Probably a great hop for a NEIPA. My first impression was that they would work better when combined with another "new" hop varietal, something like Citra, Mosaic, Galaxy, etc. I'd like to do a Wayner's Pale type beer with Azacca and CitraWhat is your impression of Azacca hops and what they bring to a beer?
