It's pretty great! I like cutting 2 weeks off my production timeline. I got some 32 oz growlers to take homebrew to go, so I still get to share my brews. To be fair tho I havent had to clean a keg yet...that may sour my opinion slightlyHey @Sunfire96 how are you liking kegging?
Just be careful taking the lid off when you do. The edges around the keg are pretty damn sharp and if you aren't careful you might end up with a rather impressive gash. I lightly tap the lid down with a hammer anymore. It's pretty great! I like cutting 2 weeks off my production timeline. Easy Peezy. You do need some kind of a brush for my 5 gallon kegs I use a long bottle brush. After you rinse it, a little dish soap and the brush scrub it from bottom to top then rinse real well (I do mine in the sink), wash the lid, take out and hand wash both posts and put it all back together. Put in about a half gallon of starsan, shake it up, pressurize it and leave it till you need it.I havent had to clean a keg yet...that may sour my opinion slightly
I am correct that you are not using nitro?Got to use my intertap stout creamer for the first time. Coffee milk stout, look at the creamy head
