Burst carb pour of Talus all.
Wow this Talus is bloody lovely!
Pungent is the first thing that comes to mind.
Quite floral tropical fruit type thing.
And flavour is some coconut thing I think and there is some citrus tropical fruit flavours. Man @Megary I encourage you to get amongst it!
My hopping rate on this is pretty subdued too.
I used 100g total 35WP 75 dry hop high krausen.
For a single hop beer it seems way more complex...
Oh I do like this malt as well I should stick with this for my light blond hoppy bevvy a lovely sweet smooth compliment to the hops.

Oh it's great to have something hoppy on tap!
 
Nice color. Need to try making something hoppy again soon
I feel like all my upcoming recipes are for hoppy beers, especially with a pound of azacca hops incoming from the AHA. Trying to figure out how to use them all while still making distinct tasting beers
