It must be beer o’clock in Kentucky.
And Virginia lol my drink is definitely a hair of the dog. Went hard drinking craft beer all weekend when friends were in town

Maybe I should rename this mocktoberfest "Persistent Haze"

I just pulled a sample from my Oktoberfest, it has been lagering for 20 days now and still seems to have more haze than I expected. It is significantly lighter in color also. Taste great even without carbonation.

Each of the 4 beers that I have fermented with Kveik have remained hazy, even with my patient 3 week fermentations. Maybe “hazy” is a feature of Kveik?
As long as we are satisfied with the taste, maybe clarity isn’t a deal breaker.

Am out of beer
Out of cider
Got gin, but tried gin, tamarind juice and water and that was not really a success,
So back to whisky and water!
Whisky and water is good. It could be so much worse: just water...:eek:

But in the future, remember your priorities! :rolleyes:

So how was it? Do tell.
I went to their newest location. Right now, it is pick up only. The main location is a hill side resort like space where you can pick up or just hang out. Most of the time there are very long lines to get in.
