Drinking a local favourite of mine BruHaHa IPA they do a great strawberry sour too ill show that one day.

Whilst I am brewing I am having a glass of the Cragunitas, and scoring it for future reference. Very happy with it, but I used VOSS for a quick turnaround, and dry hopped it like it was a NEIPA. Forgot to add whirlfloc on brew day, so I used some gelatin when kegging. My notes from last brew were "excellent" "remarkably clear" "increase dry hops to improve aroma" "improve head retention".
It is still delicious, there is definitely more aroma, and the head retention is better.
I think that I will go back to US-05, and dry hop it near the end of fermentation, instead of a couple hours after pitching yeast.

The first pour of our first cider. This is quite a nice, simple beverage. Good clean apple flavor, fairly effervescent, and it’s about 8.2% sneaky.

Got home from playing disc golf with a friend from work. We found some discs and I got to take some home, so I'm celebrating with a chinook/Sterling pale ale. Felt nice being active in the great outdoors again
