Wayner's Pale Ale is not fully, properly carbonated yet, but it is quite delicious. The S-04 fermented down to 1.006, which is odd, so it is a bit boozy, but very good.

This is one of the clearest beers I have ever seen. Well, maybe not ever, but lately, you know.
Beautiful looking beer, and that was just a drinking glass from the cupboard. Poured thr sample in there to refrigerate for a whileI like that glass! Old school, maybe tropics style?
Third time is a charm on this 007 IPA. I used this recipe as a calibrator for a number of process changes to improve flavor, among other objectives. Outstanding!
