I'll post the grain bill later but the mash was a 1 hour at 163° F and for the finish line , I bumped the fermenter to 73° from 68° for an additional week after the initial 4 weeks and after adjusting for the temp change we were still at 1.019. Well at 163 i would expect a higher FG especially if you used a lot of specialty malts. I've not had this one but Heady Topper I've had.Trillium makes good beers I haven't had that particular beer. I remember they had a small tasting room in Boston you could visit and get growlers filled. That was many years ago
