I hope it turns out well for you and your wife.Today was the Brown Ale. My first use of CaraBrown, it certainly smelled good. Started at 7 am, done before noon! The counterflow chiller couldn't get below 79F, so I waited 3 hours for the extra fridge to get it down to 66F, and pitched WLP005. Now just waiting for it to take off!
Thanks! It's partly your recipe ya' know.I hope it turns out well for you and your wife.
I have yet to zoom in this life. Some last Saturday of the month, I’ll need to send my wife away for the day, so I can join you all. But she is my tech expert, I might get lost without her around. Thanks! It's partly your recipe ya' know.
She doesn't drink beer, even under duress. Chardonnay is her favorite. I made 6 gallons for her a while back, used an $80 kit, came out pretty good, but after it was carbonated (my idea) it went pretty fast.
On an unrelated note: We missed you last night on the Zoom call. One time you need to join us, I think you'd enjoy.
Bring her too! She is your cider-making teammate after all Either way, we'd love to hang out with you on the zoom callI have yet to zoom in this life. If he ever does stop in, I do also have kombucha and Root beer, so at least a few options. Make sure he says hello, I'm always there during the days. You’re a busy brewer Brian. Good for you.
My brother lives in your town, too bad he doesn’t drink beer anymore. I am sure he still likes pizza though. Wonder if he’s ever visited your place?
Amber ale!I actually held off and didn't brew today, I really addressed the needs over the last week and wasn't inspired to brew anything specific.
I am open for suggestions and would entertain any offered.
I hear Nosy has a nice Kentucky common, hint hint!
Festbier tomorrow!
That can be taken in several ways...I hope to do a Belgian Blonde on Saturday.
