For me as well.

Let me guess you proffered the caramunich 1?I actually did that with the brew before my Oktoberfest. 50/50 Munich/Vienna and Hallertau. Quite enjoyable
you have some good stuff in your yard though. It’s awesome
Not necessarily. The one with CaraMunich I was going for a marzen/Oktoberfest. I was going for just a basic Vienna lager with the Viana/Munich only. I like them bothLet me guess you proffered the caramunich 1?
Compared to my last vienna lager aka David heath inspired this will be much simpler grist too

He is a Scot after all. I already had my grain purchased for or I would haveI'm going to use Alan's recipe: https://www.brewersfriend.com/homebrew/recipe/view/1021656/scottish-four-quid. The only change I plan to make is to swap Maris Otter for the Extra Pale Ale.
Plenty of options it looksPlan on brewing Sunday, currently on the fence, I'm either doing "That 70s Beer" American Lager or I'll try a slightly revised version of "Shore Leave" Cali Common...
Oh that looks way overdue Megary!Making a Blonde Ale this Sunday. I’ve been planning on making this for about a year and a half so I think it’s time.

Interesting hop combo in galaxy and citra I've not used them in conjunction before.

The Galaxy/Citra combo is inspired by Kona Big Wave, one of my favorite session beers. Not that my recipe is meant to be a clone, just thought they were a proven fit.
