What's your next brew

Didn't you just move into the place your in?
Find a great new place?
Got here August 2021. After almost 3 years we have outgrown the 1 bed/1 bath apartment. In June we're moving to another neighborhood in the city with a bigger floor plan. I'm very excited!

I keep thinking about my next brew and the weather keeps changing.
And things keep creeping up.
I do no chill, so it just doesn't all seem to get together.
One of these days....

Thinking about a reworked version of my old Cream Ale recipe, been a couple years since I made it last.

I need to try something like this sometime.

next up for me, probably not until July will be my 2024 Joshtoberfest. This will be the third year for having a gathering on fall break with a home brewed Oktoberfest type beer. 2022 I did a Marzen last year a Festbier. Still working on my plan. Either tweaking my Festbier from last year or this https://beerandbrewing.com/brewing-the-original-oktoberfest-maerzenbier/

Double yeasts? Hmmm....I may have to try that some day. And of course no one can refuse Schweddy hops? :p If you're looking for a name for it you could name it "Strange Brew" after the song by Cream. I was listening to that song a few days ago and thought it would be a good name for a Cream Ale that was a little outside the box.

Love that idea. I named my Cream Ale "Cream Sh-Boogie Bop" in honor of Prince. Loved his music, especially that song. Not sure how many get the reference though. :)

I was thinking “Prairie Gold” after my grandpa Bulin’s favorite tractors…to quote DDP “if you know, you know”

Clone extract kit of Spitfire Amber Ale scheduled for late July as my first brew of slowing down in prep for renovations. Seemed straightforward when I made those plans but now it has come around I know this will test the patience as my ESB batch is close to fermented.
