My line up.
1. Rice lager (nearly kicked).
2. Ginger beer.
3. Hybrid beer ale fermented with Nova lager at ale temps.

That is dedication. I couldn't brew the same thing 3 times in a rowJust Helles. 3 batches in a row were Helles each tweaked slightly. Keg/batch 1 kicked yesterday. In 4-6 weeks my dunkel will be ready to drink as it’s still fermenting
