I have done that a couple of times lately. There are some fairly simple recipes online for the Jamaican version which I love.

It is sometimes an acquired taste for both grits and collards. I liked collards the first time I had them. How can you go wrong with marinating vegetables in hot pork fat for 24 hours?no matter how many times i have tried it, I could never get into collard greens. Looks good though!

Beautiful.
Cant go too wrong with steak, but I am spoiled. Pans are for cheesesteak. Smokers are for just the steak I like to get a really thick steak, usually a Sirloin because anything else would be stupid expensive. A 2" steak in the smoker at 250 will cook a perfect rare/medium rare in 50 minutes.First time cooking ribeye. Came out pretty good!
