I bet that harshness mellows out in 4-6 weeks.First Maibock. I’m getting the hang of this lagering thing. My only criticism is that it has a lingering bitterness, which I don’t think it part of the style. I used magnum at 60 minutes for bittering because I didn’t have enough hallertau. Or, I’m just getting over a cold so my taste buds aren’t 100%
