What are you drinking right now?

In Lexington tonight for a conference. Pizza place across from hotel has Weihenstephan Helles and Hefeweizen. Helles

Very much German inspired. Hops are there but just to make it bitter and not malty. Awesome beer
 
We did a side by side comparison of our Belgian ales. We did different Saison yeasts and it was fun to taste them side by side. Here’s mine, really happy with how it turned out. A nice dry slightly malty saison. Dangerous at 6.7%! Very easy drinking!

Sounds like you did it right. Those are fun beers to make.
 
Damn, those are big boys. The double cherry one sounds interesting.
I was a bad boy. I liked that fresh hopped Pale Ale enough to have some at the brewery last night. I then polished off a togo 4 pack when I got home and had two more at the brewery this afternoon. Damn thing is just tasty and evil. I'm lucky it is a Pale Ale and only 5.5, otherwise it would not have been good. I like my beer on Friday, but I normally don't polish off a 4 after the brewery these days. To my credit, I did get up early, did yard work, went to the farmers market and to Publix, so maybe I get a couple of bonus points after being bad.
